2nd is the bomb, you should find it at adar's place and search around in the house and the cave.
the 4th item is the interface device. you have to play through a bit of the ancient crater and get to the point where Billy and his friends help fix/make it for you. then you can use it.

you should have a green band, a lucky belt, a +3 armor, the Nebula thingy, and that blood ring that costs 999 gold.
Where is the moonstone and heart ruby in the Prince's Tower?

that didn't even give me the moon stone i expected....so i am stuck at that moonstone there still, but thanks, i am a bit upset i didn't come up with the idea of giving him a golem, lol

Quells, I found a better way to solve the puzzle in front of cell block B. Start by tossing the bomb how you said, but don't climb the ladder right away. Wait for your action to refill, then toss a spear ASAP. It will be a straight shot, no need to jump. Then jump, climb the ladder, and jump-hit the last two switches with your hammer.
Now to everyone else, can you tell me where all those star rock things are for the custom weapon? I've only found the one in the Misty Gorge.

I've noticed that there is a lone house below Daea, and also there are a few houses above Panselo. Are those potential locations, or are they just scenery?
Finally looking for the 42nd moonstone, but like everyone else has discovered Daea/Prince's tower has a lot of locations, and that's where my last moonstone is located. I've gotten stones from:
Balcony next to Daea Inn top floor
Left of sewer entrance through Javelin
Right of sewer entrance through swimming
Save room in dungeon, used bomb on the right wall
Dungeon room puzzle with four timed switches, located in dungeon access hub
Prince tower third balcony
Prince tower fourth balcony
Prince tower save room with balcony using jet boots
Did I miss one? I can't seem to figure out the last location.

Ok so I got the first rare metal at the river gorge place using my rocket boots and now apparently I have to find another one in order for the blacksmith to forge the metal so can someone tell me where that second ball of rare metal is??
After i get the boots i get access to many forbidden areas at once

@Ninja,
go to the river level and trigger the flying bugs. try to kill them whatever way you can. I usually try to leave a bomb in their paths. They'll drop translucent meat for the cook to use.
as for the goo that the alchemist asks for, go to the cave where you got the jet boots and kill the flying jellies. when you can't kill any more, go out of the room and then go back in, they'll respawn and you can continue killing them until they drop the goo.
